How to change reviews from full customer name to 1st name & suburb only

Hi,

 

When a customer leaves a review, there full name is displayed. I dont think people really want their full name

plastered all over the internet.

 

Is there a way to change this from: by Joe Blow

 

to

 

by Joe - Park Ridge QLD

 

Suburb and State without including their last name

 

I'm running OS 2.3
