rifsz Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 Can someone please help me with an issue that I have: this is a store that the user registers his name to buy a product for someone else somewhere in the world, but when the register main user does the check out in paypal it brings the end user information instead of the main user who is the one who is paying and paypal denied the transaction. Does anyone know how to bring the main user information to the invoice part so can go direct to the paypal when checking out, thank you so much for kind help Regards Rick
Guest Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 Rick, A default installation registers the buyers information, during the checkout process the buyer is asked for a shipping address which can be a gift address if the buyer wishes. PayPal only verifies the buyers address if they use a credit card to pay for the purchase. PayPal never verifies the shipping address. Chris
