discount coupons for 2.3.1

I have got oscommerce 2.3.1 installed, I downloaded the discount coupons add on

 

When I checkout, there is nowhere for me to enter the discount coupon code

 

Can someone help me please

Check your installation, in both of those contributions the checkout_payment.php requires a field be added for the code to be entered.
