Why are there red x's on my photos?

Hello-

We are in desparate need of help! For some reason, all product photos we are trying to add are not appearing, only a little red x appears in the top corner. After reviewing prior forums, I did find some discussion about making sure to not put a space between the name and using the right size. All of these things are fine, so we can't figure out what is wrong.

Can anyone provide assistance? It would be so appreciated.

You'll also notice that our logo is blocked out with the template. I don't know where to find our style sheet.

If you copy/paste the URL to the image into the browser address bar you get "File not found".

Red X in Internet Explorer means it can't load the image.

Can't load the image means, the reference to the image is wrong like you put the name of the image in the database different then the actual name of the image you uploaded. More then likely however, the image was never uploaded to the images directory.

 

Make sure you have the image you're asking about in your store/images folder, then if it doesn't show up it would be a different issue but since some of your images are there and others are not it is likely just the fact the images were never uploaded.
