Is it possible to have these option with oscommerce (if yes, how?): Manually create a new customer Discounts in dollar amounts or percentages with description why Keep track of what the they order and make a task to cancel subscription for each item that they order in 5 months from the latest order Tax exempt or not Notes Allow to change what they order and order directly from the contact Thanks

NO, but you can use Discount Coupon codes to offer your customers a discount. 3) Keep track of what the they order and make a task to cancel subscription for each item that they order in 5 months from the latest order. NO, this would be a custom coding project. 4) Tax Exempt or Not. YES, use SPPC 5) Notes. Yes, use Admin Notes 6) Allow to change what they order and order directly from the contact.
