warrenthewindmill Posted March 18, 2003 Share Posted March 18, 2003 I'm sure the old hands will confirm this, but my understanding is that you will have to clobber your previous installation. I've read a bit about CVS which I think is a system of version control which may help to avoid this in future but I haven't investigated this yet. I installed osc and immediately got carried away with adding contributions and making mods so I'm in the same boat. I had installed the milestone release so I can go with that for a while but eventually I guess I'll have the same problem compounded by how long I delay and further customise.
