Site Full or Error Post SSH Viewing Script

Hi, I am looking for some assistance.

Two years ago I developed and OS COMMERCE site using version 2.2. I installed an add on that allowed me to set the delivery price based on the weight of the transaction as well as various other edits / logos /pictures etc.

The site was dormant for a while until my hosting agent informed me that it had been compromised by a SSH viewing script and that I had to take the site down or else upgrade it.

I could not afford to update directly as I was afraid of losing my add ins so I started hacking and basically have made a mess out of my site.

I am looking for someone to help me get the site back up and running cleanly, who will be able to fix the errors that are being displayed and who will be able to make sure that the site is either updated to the latest OS version OR that it is patched for security against these scripts .. WITHOUT LOSING DATA or FUNCTIONALITY

I am sure from my reading of this post that I am not very technically savvy and therefore posting a response of a huge technical nature will not help me.

I was hoping to find someone who would work with me for a reasonable price that maybe could partner me as a OS tech support going forward

My site is www.wintersafetystore.com if you want to quickly review to see the errors coming up

regards

Sean

i ran a scan and it came back "Site infected with malware", w/o knowing what exactly the malware is, i wouldnt recommend anyone to click on the link.

i dont know whats SSH viewing scripts (never heard about it). or if the infecttion is via SSH then there is nothing osc could do because it is a server issue ie the server may not be secure. 1st thing you should disable SSH access via cPanel (or tell your host to do it), change cPanel login.

if you dont have a backup, then you would need to download the site to your pc, starting from index.php to see what sort of malware script there is. even you have a backup, upload the backup to over write the site may not solve the problem as there may be 'back door' scripts hidden in eg the images folder.
