product_description table

I originally posted this in the wrong forum so forgive me for the double post..

 

I exported the product_description table into MS Excel. I did this to edit the product names faster. Is there a way to Import ONLY the product names row (that I edited) back into the product_description table? or,

 

Should I truncate the product_description table and import the entire MS Excel file back in the the database?
