passing upload filename as atrribute to order

hello iv´e managed to merge "option types 2.1.3" with my template,

the only thing i´m getting wrong is that in admin/orders i cant see the file name just "CUSTOMER INPUT" .

can anyone help me?

i´m sure its a small thing i´m getting wrong.
