I have installed Oscommerce Online Merchant 2.3.1, later a template on it. After the template installation I tried the functions of my shop. And - what happened - Now I am having a problem.Clicking on buttons "Add to Cart" or "View Cart" doesnt do what I want, an error http 500 appears and I am not happy. At the same moment I dont do maintenance or checking database. The Cart functions worked properly at the seller's page where I checked it before purchasing, but it doesn work on mine. Do you know what to do with this?

Thanks a lot.

Antonin,

Check your /includes/configure.php file as well as your .htaccess file for incorrect paths or rewrites.

At the moment I dont want to use the paypal system at all. Customers are supposed to pay in a different way. Could you please advise me which files should I remove or disable? Thanks in advance.

Antonin,

If you have deleted the files, I suggest you upload them back to the server. That does not mean you have to enable them, just keep them on the server.

Hi Chris,

I havent deleted any file. Everything is like it was at the beginning. I even didnt touch the configure.php and .htaccess. I feel still beginner so it takes time me to understand it properly. Well, what is your recommendation. Thank you for your time.
