Admin Panel can't see new Modules

I'm having issues installing new modules. I upload the files to the required Modules folders then go to Modules > Boxes > Install Modules and the list isn't populating with the files I have uploaded.

 

I have checked that the folders I have uploaded to are correct :Module Directory: /hermes/bosweb/web204/b2048/ipw.nunnayabiznis/opb/catalog/includes/modules/boxes/

 

This problem is also impacting on my ability to upload photos from the admin panel. At present, I have to ftp them as the uploader is not working at all. No error messages, just no file uploaded anywhere on the server.

 

Please help as this has seriously stalled my progress with this site.
