change appearance of the categories breadcrumb

ill start by saying that im sorry if this is already in a topic but i tried searching and the ammount of results that included category(ies) was overwhelming.

 

i would like to change how the parent and child text displays. if you view www.vanity-flair-uk.com you will see that as i am starting to add more categories it becomes a little blured.

 

if there is an add-on someone can recommend then that will be even better otherwise im going to have to change it manually.
