How to Make Out of Stock items appear in OSCommerce 2.3

Hi, Currently the items that are out of stock do not appear on my website.

 

I would like it so they do appear. Prefer if they cannot order but that is not important.

Login to admin then goto Configuration > Stock and set Allow Checkout to True. ;)

If an item isout of stock I can find it in my admin site but not on the actual website.

Check that the product is set to active in your admin. Go to whatever your product is and make sure the green button is highlighted not the red one.

Even when it is set to active, the products does not appear in my web site if it has a stock count of zero.

 

Is it possible to view products that have a stock count of zero and also can you turn off the feature that automically marks a product inactive if the stock count gets to zero.
