Create Account does not work, please help!

Hi!

I've just noticed that new customers can't create an account on my webshop. How do I figure this problem out? I'm totally lost, as I don't know what caused the problem.

Can anyone please help with some ideas?

I don't understand, it does not work here. I've tried with Explore and Safari.

I just get the message: HTTP500 internal server error

Ok, to be more specific, I have created an account using FF 6.02, IE8 and Avant 2011

 

 

IE 9 is NOT stable on most websites yet (including osCommerce), so if you have updated to IE9 you will experience issues on most websites.

Hmm. Here I've tried with IE 8, and Safari on Iphone 3gs. It stil does not work, but I can see the 3 test accounts you have made. I don't get it...

Try deleting your browser cookies and temp files in IE. A Standard installation of osCommerce is not iphone compatible so it doesn't surprise me that it doesn't work with Safari on your iphone.

I've done what you said, but with same result. I've also had a friend of mine trying to access the create account page with Opera browser. But with same result.
