1054 - Unknown column 'admin_password' in 'field list'

When I try to delete old database , I accidentlly restore the old one and I also drop admin table as well from phpadmin. i try to copy my latest database to the existing one but I still not able to access the admin section . Is there any soultion I can recover to my latest backup sql database. thank you so much

Use phpmyadmin to restore your backup SQL Dump.

 

 

This will restore the tables as well as the data
