Hello guys,

 

I have been trying to tackle all of the modules for quick checkouts for my v.2.3.1 store.

 

I have tried PWA (purchase without account) and OPC (One Page Checkout). And I have not had success using neither of them. A fellow forum member told me to check out Dynamo Effects; its $99 and is guaranteed to work. Have any of you heard of this or use this module? Is it good? Is it worth it? If not what else do you guys recommend?

I am open to any options, please help me out because it has been a month now and I have had no luck. The support for Dynamo Effects is extremely horrible, I do not know what I should do, I have been awaiting a response since the 6th for some questions.

I use his checkout and it has really helped sales on my shop. The support is hit or miss. Sometimes I receive really quick precise help and other times (most of the time) I will never receive a reply.

 

I did have to make modifications to make it work with 2.3.1 even though he said it work out of the box. You will need some basic html/php knowledge but you can get it to work. When it works, it works really well without the glitches of the OPC available from the addons.

I see, so you are satisfied with the module? What modules do you have installed on your site?

Yes, very satisfied. The part I wasn't satisfied with was his support which is spotty at best. I have LOTS of mods including some of my own on the site. USPS methods, store pickup, product option types v2, points and rewards, kgt discount coupons, and much more!

 

Sometimes you will need to make minor tweaks yourself but once you get familiar with the system it usually isn't too bad. If you stick with the more mainstream addons he lists on his site, you will probably only need to modify the html to make it work with 2.3.1. For $99 it's a good deal. I paid twice that.....

Hi - would you be able to share what mods you had to make to get this to work with 2.3.1? I've installed this on a vanilla shop but am having issues with randomly getting redirected to the standard checkout screens.

 

Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
