Help! Moved store to other folder now admin login wont work

Hi,

 

In the process of testing an earlier version of ocs (to make the add on Option Types 2.2 work) i created a subfolder under my public_html and installed that version there. I got everything to work and now I have moved it to the root folder. the www. address works after repathing in the configure.php but now the login to adm tools wont work. It remembers the old subfolder. Were and how do I need to go and update the path?

There is a config file in the admin/includes folder that needs modified as well.
