can't add additional products to my catalog

Hello,

 

I am really struggling here with the catalog.....in my admin area...all links work EXCEPT that one....it is driving me crazy. Any suggestions as to the problem? When I click on this, it comes up blank. The error log isn't very helpful. I would like to wipe that page and just replace it...any suggestions as to which page to replace would be great.

 

Also...if you have any ideas of what other ways I should use to troubleshoot this problem, I would appreciate it.

The /admin/categories.php file is where you add/edit/delete products. Have you made file changes that could be causing the issue ?
