Add on allowing payment via "credits"?

I am looking into adding MP3 downloads to my CD /DVD store but one of the factors putting me off is the possibility that if people tend to purchase a single mp3 at a time this will make no money.......I have been looking at a digital distributor in the area of music I deal in who charges about 60 to 65 cents per download (the variable is currency fluctuation). Add the Paypal charge of 30 cents plus 3.1% and there is nothing left if I am to compete with iTunes at 99 cents a track.....

 

One way around this would be to have customers buy credits in larger amounts which would incur the Paypal flat feee only on the initial purchase of credits and then they use those credits to "buy" the tracks they want. Is there an add-on that would fulfill this?

There is nothing available on this website to do what you want. However, there are commercial add ons called 'Pre-Paid Account Module' If you Google it, I am sure you will find it.
