Order History not showing

I recently installed 2.3. as a new install. I was using 2.2 and imported the database over. Every thing works apart from Order History.

 

The orders show in the admin section and I can see the order history of customers there. However, the customers cannot see the order history, it simply shows they have no orders.

 

I'm guessing that when I imported the data something got messed up, but I can't for the life of me find it.

 

Any help would be most appreciated.

Just noticed that the order history does show up in the right column order history box and shows as in-cart.

FWIW I dropped and recreated all the customer/order tables, created a new account, ordered and same result - order history does not show to customer, but does show in admin. Confirmation emails etc all work correctly and order history items show up in right history box.

FIXED!

 

If anyone else has this problem it was the public_flag in order_status. As I'd imported the order_status table the public_flag was set to 0 for all records. Set it to 1 for the relevant records and everything works.
