wiswis Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Hi there Iam having a problem with my store yesterday i couldnt log in to admin area and after 3 hours i could log in and after that i couldnt log in to admin area can anyone help me with this it showing all the time like this Authorization Required This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I take it you are using HTACCESS protection? You can try to delete the current username / password combination then seeing if the same occurs.
