Shipping.php error

I've done this page before without a problem and I can't see what is going wrong this time.

 

All I want to do is add in the shipping information. Below is what I am adding and the error I'm receiving. Can anyone see why I'm getting this.

 

Help urgent and appreciated.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

 

Calculating shipping costs.

 

The shipping cost is determined by weight of the the product/s. This will be calculated when you checkout

 

your shopping cart. Product weights are shown in the description.

 

For customers in Cyprus.

 

1. Registered post, by weight, any package less than 1kg will be charged at 0.85c per 100g.

 

2. Option A. - Service taxi - (This service is for orders placed by telephone to our shop only). Pay for

 

your item as you pick up from their office (which will be included in the cost) and the cost of sending

 

back payment to Indian Treasures. You will not be charged more than 4 Euros for this service.

 

2. Option B. - Service taxi - item is paid for online using our payment option system. This will include a

 

sending fee of 2.50 Euros.

 

Overseas Customers.

 

Registered post by weight. The total cost of your postage will be shown on your invoice before completing

 

your purchase.

 

Example costs.

 

Europe: up to 60 grams - minimum 4 Euros, maximum 7 Euros.

up to 500 grams - minimum 7 Euros, maximum 10 Euros.

up to 1 Kilo - minimum 10 Euros, maximum 17 Euros.

 

America: up to 60 grams - minimum 5 Euros, maximum 8 Euros.

up to 500 grams - minimum 8 Euros, maximum 12 Euros.

up to 1 Kilo - minimum 12 Euros, maximum 19 Euros.

 

The average weight of 1 item is between 20 and 30 grams.

 

Collection.

 

You are very welcome to place and pay for your order online and collect it from our shop in Larnaca or

 

Fassouri.

 

Delivery Time

 

The delivery time varies with the chosen shipping method. The available shipping methods depend on the

 

products purchased.

 

All orders are sent by registered mail and you will be issued a tracking number via email once your order

 

has been dispatched.

 

Returns and Exchanges.

 

We guarantee that you will like what you buy by offering a 30 day Return and Exchange policy.

 

Returns.

 

1. Please inform us at [email protected] within 30 days of the date of purchase if you intend to

 

return/exchange a product.

 

2. State the items you would like to return and the reason for the return.

 

3. Shipping cost is no refundable as it went into the initial shipment of the order.

 

4. The returned item/s must be in its original/unused condition. Damaged or used goods will be discarded

 

and rejected.

 

5. Incomplete packaging (i.e. tags removed) will result in a 30% re-stocking fee.

 

6. If the order was shipped as part of a free shipping promotion a 20% fee will be deducted from the amount

 

to cover the initial shipping charges.

 

7. We do not offer cash/debit refunds. Your Indian Treasure account will be credited with the amount

 

refunded to you.

 

Exchanges.

 

Our exchanges are in the form of a return for credit and you can place a new order anytime at

 

www.indiantreasures-cy.com at your convenience. This works out to an exchange effectively and the net cost

 

to you will still be the same as a 'traditional' exchange because the shipping cost is not covered like in

 

any exchange. The advantage to you is that the processing for your new items can begin as soon as you place

 

the new order without the need to wait for the return of your old package.

 

Defects.

 

Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of our products. We also personally check every item

 

thoroughly before sending it you. However if you believe that the product that you have received is

 

defective:

 

1.Do not use the product. If the product was used, there will be no way to verify whether the defect was a

 

manufacturing defect or cause by the user and we will not be able to proceed with the claim.

 

2. Take clear macro (the flower icon on your camera) photos of the defect and send them to

 

[email protected].

 

There is no need to return the defective product to us if your photos can illustrate the defect clearly.

In firefox I get a blank page, in IE I get the HTTP 500 error.
