nlaur86 Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Hello, I am trying to do something but it seems that it doesn't work. I have designed for my website a horizontal menu, on the header, but I only want to see the parent categories in it. So when someon clicks on a category, it will open it's page. On the left side I have the categories box which shows all the categories and the selected category's subcategories but I only wish to show the subcategories from that one. I tryed to modify the boxes/categories.php file but with no luck. Could someone please help me? :) It would be nice if, when I open a subcategory, the title remains bold in the box, but not necessary. Thank you!

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
