Hi , Small problem

I am trying to mass email my customers with the Tools/email

yet when i click on preview the following error pops up

 

 

You don't have permission to access /shop/admin/mail.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

now the permission settings are currently set at 0644 , yet ive tried different settings and can't find any that will make it work

 

any assistance is greatly appreciated

Dave,

 

The standard mailer in osCommerce does not function well. I suggest you check the add on area for another mail handler.
