da_vi_ta Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 hi to all xcuse my english i have a problem when i dowload a big catalogue that i uploaded trought csv.easypop, and after i add some products by admin platform into the csv downloaded , the product are not the same of those on the web because of changed into format.date our who can please explain me why and how to solve ? (change format , by excel, at price's column doesn't work) thanks since now to all 42.24.00 should be 41,84 < correct price 71.13.00 70,73

da_vi_ta Posted September 2, 2011 Author Posted September 2, 2011 i bad explained : i mean , the prices dwnlded are not the same of how they appear on the web : it doesnt depend from the tax rate , but the format they are dowloaded i do not know why it gives to me prices in date.our format when on the web are right prices i uploaded... :( desperate !

da_vi_ta Posted September 3, 2011 Author Posted September 3, 2011 excuse my english rmd what did you mean ? in my csv i have column named v_tax_class_title and i filled with IVA did you mean i setted bad way vatax on admin panel ? because of in the csv i think it's the onlyone column to set it thanks ince now!
