how can I have category->sub category->sub category

Hello, I would like to have category->sub category->sub category. how can I do this? with which php and what am i supposed to write or change in it? thank you a lot

In admin>> catalog>> categories/products just create the categories and sub-categories and sub-categories. A standard installation will allow you to add them.
