jquery thickbox on the index oscommerce v2.2 millestone

Hello.

I have my shop

and my client requires a pop up - floating window in the index.

 

is a problem,

because the Jquery pop up change the position of tables, and appears everytime when I go to another section.

 

Anyone know how to place an advertisement in the Index, and without no problems
