Invalid Merchant Configuration

Hello, currently making a website using v2.3

and installed both 'PayPal Express' & 'PayPal Website Payments Pro - Direct Payments'.

The PayPal Express works just fine for standard PayPal to PayPal transactions, however I want to

accept all types of credit and debit cards as well. I have installed it, set up all the correct API settings

using PayPal Business account, but when I try make a test payment it comes up with an error message.

 

So am I doing something wrong? Anyone else had this problem? Please find attach picture of the error

message.
