Kiss Security Pro & OSC_SEC problem in Spanish

These wonderful tools do not work in stores with Spanish language, as if a customer searches using words with accents, searches throw error.

 

In both contributions is the same problem, which is detected as odd characters accents and to the protection given it two contributions generates the error.

 

If anyone has the answers or solutions to both problems would make us happy all the Spanish speaking community.

As an initial work around in osC_Sec, go to osc.php and set $GETcleanup = 0;
