JoshBowe Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 Hi, I'm currently running osCommerce 2.3.1 on PHP 5.1.6, I'm wanting to install a couple of contributions that require PHP 5.2 or higher. I was wondering, if I get my host to upgrade PHP from 5.1.6 to 5.2 is it likely to cause problems with my osCommerce store or will it okay? Thanks.
Guest Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 Josh, v2.3.1 has been tested on PHP 5.3 so moving to PHP 5.2 is not a problem. The only issue might be OLD contributions that you have added but anything designed for v2.3.1 should not be a problem. Chris
