Banner Redirect

I would like to redirect the user to the Contact Us page when clicking on the 468x50 banner on the homepage. I went to the redirect.php file but seem to be getting lost in the code.

 

Any direction on this would be greatly appreciated.

You don't have to edit the redirect.php file. Just set the banner URL in admin to contact_us.php
