Cannot Create Account

rest of the site appears to be working fine, but when you attempt to create an account, it simply refreshes the page. I have looked at my config files and everything appears correctly. The template appears to be working correctly as I did a fresh install with the template and it worked fine, but when I began entering products it ceased functioning again.

 

I know this is an issue a few others have had, but I cannot find a situation that seems to be throwing the error from the same places as mine. Would really appreciate any assistance here with a reply

In admin>> configuration>> my store>> Use search engine safe URLS's ...set this to FALSE

changed to False, but still receiving the same error unforunately - any other ideas I can try?
