Gift Registry Add on

Hi,

 

When someone picks an item from the wedding list and buys it it does not automatically take it off the list we have go in and mark it off manually. How do I get it to mark it of automatically?

It just people go on the website at night and purchase items for the guest list and because it is not automatically marking the gift of as ready bought we have refund customers.

 

 

We are using the Registry v2.2 Add on.

 

Please help.
