Checkout Button not appearing

Hello Guys,

 

Recently I was testing out different quick check outs however; now it does not give me a button to proceed to the next processing step. Please notice in the image what I mean, once I click credit card it does not allow me to go on with the process and enter my card information. How can this be fixed?
