CHECK OUT NOT WORKING CORRECTLY

Hello Guys,

 

When proceeding to check out and after choosing the processing buttons, the button to continue to move forward is not there. I dont know if it was a database error I did or where exactly it went. Please see the image below

 

 

Notice how the button to proceed is not there? How come? Any help guys, please thank you.
