Product not showing up in my category box

Hello, I recently upgraded to 2.3.1 and have been slowly adding my products back in. I had about 30 uploaded when I noticed that they stopped showing up in the category box. The number of products is wrong to be more specific. There's 10 products in some categories yet it says only 1 or 2 and some say zero when in fact they have products in them. Is there a way to reset it?

Just look into data base to make sure that products do have a proper status.

Also check table that relates product to categories.
