Changing Manufacturer Title OsC 2.3

Hi,

 

I'm attempting to change the title of the "Manufacturer" box in the left margin, as described in http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/214964-change-manufacturers-box-title/ and other threads. I've viewed several threads that point to includes/languages/english.php, but the reference define('BOX_HEADING_MANUFACTURERS', 'manufacturers'); is no longer there. I'm assuming it has moved somewhere in 2.3, can anyone point me in the right direction?
