2.2 templates to 2.3.1

Hi,

 

I have purchased a few templates from monster template of my clients liking, but I do not know how to install them on 2.3.1, and I think the templates are of an older version (possible 2.2). I am new to OScommerce and am more of a joomla developer but now am looking into oscommerce because many people find oscommerce better to use.

 

 

so if there is anyone that could help me out, I would really appreciate it

I am using cpanel. Also,The folders are inside the folder are much different than the orignal template of oscommerce 2.3.1

 

the folders inside are...

 

admin, download,images,includes,install,pub and install 12

Safeer,

 

You have wasted your money if you have purchased 2.2 templates. It will take a great deal of time to update them to 2.3.1, more time than they are worth.

 

 

You would be better to re-create them for 2.3.1 from scratch.

thank-you chris, is there a way to downgrade to OScommerce 2.2 and install it in Cpanel?

this helped install the 2.2 version of OScommerce, just having a few difficulties with the templates...

 

 

FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it!

 

 

if you can help me solve this issue, that'd be great! if not, it's no problem, you've done enough already :) thanks for all the help!
