contact_us and create_account - Page questions

I was trying to make some changes and have some questions.

 

On my Contact Us page I wanted to have the company name, address, and phone number show up. Maybe just before the "Full Name" text box. I searched around and found some similar threads but they don't seem to work. I'm not trying to make anything fancy, just some basic html code with the contact information. What file should I go to in order to add that info?

 

I am also trying to re-phrase and re-arrange the text where customers enter their address when checking out.

 

For example, right now it asks for 'Street Address' 'Post Code' 'City' State/Province' & 'Country' (in that order). but I want to change 'Post Code' to 'Zip Code' and 'State/Province' to 'State' and move 'Zip Code' to appear after 'State'

 

I made changes in the includes/languages/english/create_account.php, includes/languages/english.php, and /create_account.php files and it displayed the way I wanted, but when I placed a test order it keep kicking back with an error saying I need a minimum number of characters for the Zip Code entry.

 

So I figured I made the visual change through the correct file, but I must need to change something else in either that file or another. Because apparently changing the name screws up the way the store is looking for the "actual" value/field.
