checkout_confirmation.php won't submit

hello everyone

i am having a problem with my site in the checkout_confirmation.php page

after the customer fill in all the info and the on the checkout_confirmation.php when the customer click confirm order it will take the customer back to the login page as if the site may have forgot the users session or something

please help

i am a newbie so please explain clearly
