muckbootdealer Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Hi - I just bought this website and am learning how it all works....I tried to do a test purchase and went to checkout - I got an error message saying I didn't select a payment option but it didn't give me the place to do it....plus there is all this gobbledy-gook now at the top of the site -- any ideas? Is there a HELP DESK I can contact?
germ Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 I don't want to "burst your bubble" but the forum IS the Help Desk. It's GPL (free) software. What you see is what you get. Maybe you haven't enabled any payment options in the admin. And if this "gobbledy-gook" is stuff you didn't put there maybe the site has been hacked. Hard to say unless you post (or PM) your URL, or post a sample of this "gobbledy-gook". If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
