battue6022 Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 I have been unable to login to my OS Commerce Administration site. I get that I have an invalid log-in. I have used the user/password set given to me by Startlogic support, but to no avail! They told me that I should contact your support team since you are a third party and they don't provide support to your program. I am at my wits end! This has stopped me dead in my tracks and I was going to open September 1st - now I don't know when I will open. Please let me know what you can do to help me? The Design Team was the first to give me a user name and password that worked up until last week and now all the ones they give me, don't work. The support team at Startlogic can't fix it. Please give me some directions so that I can get in! The name of the site they are working on is Poverty Point Scrap Shack.
Guest Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 Ann, If you have installed osCommerce using Start Logics ONE CLICK installer....delete it ! Download osCommerce v2.3.1 from this website and read the installation documents provided. If I were you, I would contact Startlogic and tell them that if they are going to provide ONE CLICK installations, they should also support it. Chris
