How to change "CHECKOUT" When customer checks "What's In My Cart?"

I was just wondering if there was a way to change to "Checkout" word when the user is looking at cart content.

 

I mean when the customer is checking the cart content,he(she) is located in the page of "shopping_cart.php" .

and he will find the link of "Checkout" .I just hope to change the name of this link,as changed to "Place my order now".

 

and it's better to add some description below this link if possible. :-)
