I Need help fixing my back-end options view

Hello,

I made the error of putting an image instead of text as an attribute/option and now the whole attributes's view is broken and looks like this:

I broke it so simply I'm guessing there is an easy way to fix it but don't know how

(I've looked at my phpMyAdmin content but don't understand it enough to find fixing to do there without pointers)

I wouldn't mind loosing my attributes since that one is the only one.

 

I would be so happy if someone could help me out with this !!!
