Adding A Delivery Time And Date To Cart

Hi All

 

I need a code or mod to add a calendar for date and time of delivery to my shopping cart during checkout. (Restaurant)

 

Can some one help me please I have limited php knowledge

You may want to contact BURT, I believe he has a commercial date and time delivery add on available.
