That's ok, I've already read all the posts regarding this same topic. I've tried several ways, but I still see this error message:

Error: Catalog images directory does not exist:

 

Please find here admin/includes/configure.php (I've already installed many osC, but can't find a solution on this hosting)

What are the permissions set to on the directory ? What version of osCommerce are you using ? What version of PHP is the server running ?

755, Online Merchant v2.3.1, i don't know the php version; almost sure it's PHP v5+; again where can i find the version on plesk panel?

Paolo,

 

Your Plesk panel may require your /images directory be 777, if so, contact your host to change the requirements

Thanks Chris, I tried with both images folder with 777 and i still get the error message. still waiting for a solution bump
