where can i link / define pages that i created

i have created 15 pages in the admin section of creloaded

but i need to link them to the site i have saved them as html pages and i uploaded them to the www root folder

some of these pages are category pages and some are not

how to correctly add them to the site when i type let say www.website.com/newpages.html

im getting Page Not Found

and some times im getting

Restricted Area

The page you are trying to view is restricted

which php file where you defined these pages

 

i am a newbee to osc and cre loaded so please help with full details

You should direct CRE loaded questions to the CRE Forum because although the CRE loaded version is based on osCommerce, it is in fact, NOT osCommerce.
