fishnmgn Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 Not sure if this is an issue, but thought I'd mention it. Twice now I have been notified by email that one of my topics on this forum had received a comment (using the "Watch this topic" functionality). However when I review the post there are no new comments. Not sure if the poster deleted his post or what, but knowing their comment could have been the solve I was looking for puts me on edge! Anyone know whats up with this? Thanks in advance!

fishnmgn Posted August 6, 2011 Author Posted August 6, 2011 Probably spammers. Their posts get deleted regularly. Hmmm... the last email, which declares the board nickname of the poster - stated it was from a well known member here Dunweb (Chris), who has been a god send to us. If the email was spoofed, the board moderators here may wish to investigate.
Guest Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 Grant, I can sum up the issue with one phrase. "SH!T HAPPENS" I wouldn't be too concerned with it, the internet is not perfect. I know, that's astonishing, but true. Chris
