Unable to open catalog

Hi All,

 

i'm not able to open catalog in local host..when i give the http://localhost/oscommerce/catalog in address bar and hit the enter it just opens the window and it says open or save file.i have given permissions to catalog/includes/configure.php.

 

please tell how to rectify this error. i'm not able to install oscommerce.

 

its very urgent..please help me.
