Modify Text In Delivery Information Page

On my OSC store's "Delivery Information Page" there are three items I am needing to modify:

 

1. The phrase "Please choose from your address book where you would like the items to be delivered to"

 

2. The title "Product Rate".

 

3. "Insured Delivery" text.

 

Any assistance is very appreciated!

The language definitions would be associated with the shipping module you installed. If that is for example UPS then you would edit the /includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/ups.php file.
